Pastor Andre’ Pannell is a faith-filled and dynamic leader whose transformative ministry is focused upon helping believers experience God’s best for them.  He is a dynamic preacher and teacher with 30 years of ministry to the Body of Christ.  His continued desire is the spreading of the Gospel, imparting into others, and guiding people into a mature walk of faith through discipleship.

Pastor Andre’ is the Lead Pastor of The Ark Covenant Church, with the vision to make disciples.  Surrounded by a wonderful ministry team, The Ark’s chief aim is to glorify God and be a witness to those near and far.
